Airbnb only allows instant bookings for API-connected listings. However, you can define which invitees can book and receive and import requests.

9.7Can I link more than one Airbnb account?

9.15Can agencies use the API interface?

Yes. You can connect to multiple Airbnb host accounts.

9.16Can I send multiple languages?

MI.

9.17Can I connect bedrooms?

Airbnb does not support dormitories. We cannot say how many beds are available. If a bed is available, Airbnb will allow all beds in the dorm to be booked, which will cause overbooking. What you can do is create a room with a bed on Beds24 and submit it as a listing to Airbnb or merge it with an existing listing that has a bed. At Beds24, you can use virtual rooms so that the availability of these single beds depends on the availability of your residence.
